Our Reservation Policy

At EverLiv IV Therapy, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to deliver a seamless, concierge-level experience with dedicated clinical time.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatment.

Late Arrivals & Reserved Clinical Time
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
Appointments delayed beyond this window may be subject to an extended wait-time fee and/or a shortened treatment session.

Clients arriving 30 minutes or more past their scheduled time may be considered a missed appointment and subject to applicable cancellation fees.

On-Site Wait Time
As a mobile concierge service, our nurses reserve their time exclusively for you.
Significant delays after arrival may result in an extended wait-time fee based on the duration of the delay.

No-Show Policy
Clients who are not present at the scheduled time and cannot be reached may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
